New homes coming to London football stadiums

AFC Wimbledon is the latest London team to get a new stadium along with hundreds of homes on the development - the 12acre site, on the former Wimbledon Greyhound Stadium, will have 604 new homes and the first are already on sale.  Prices for a on-bedroom flat in the initial phase start at £425,000.  A study by JLL reveals that 3,600 homes will be delivered by five clubs in the capital - Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Brentford, AFC Wimbledon and West Ham United - through stadium-to-residential conversions (Evening Standard)
